Does The Program Work?

Once you have decided on
the purchase of a new home you will be visited by one
of our program REALTORS®. They will inquire about
your home gathering the information they need to prepare
a comparable market analysis (CMA). The information
will be compared to homes that have recently sold in
your market area determining the market value of your
home. The program REALTOR® will make a second
visit to your home to share the market analysis with
you and to present the purchase price of the guarantee
buy out. At this time you will have all the information
that you will need to make an informed decision that
will best serve you and your family. |

Accepting
the GBO purchase price
|

At the time you agree to the GBO purchase price your home will be enrolled in
the GBO program and listed with our program REALTOR® who will work with you to
market your existing home to maximize your sales price |

Home
Sells to a third party buyer
|
|
When you receive an offer
on your home you and your Realtor will work to negotiate
the best sales price possible. The REALTOR® will then
handle all the details necessary to insure a smooth
and timely closing. |

If
Indy's GBO Realty purchases your home
|
|
If your home has not sold by the time your new home is ready to close. Indy's
GBO Realty will purchase your home prior to the closing of your new home for
the agreed upon guaranteed price. |
